Our daily evening menu at the Ratscher Landhaus is a real highlight for your holiday in South Styria. From 6.00 pm, we serve an extended 4-course menu that combines regional products, seasonal cuisine and Styrian joie de vivre – right in the centre of the South Styrian Wineroad.

From every day at 6.00 pm, your day on holiday is rounded off with an extended 4-course evening menu. Regional, seasonal and with a lot of love for Styrian cuisine.
Culinary highlights of the week
Tuesdays from June – “Fire & Flame” BBQ
From June, Tuesdays become a summer highlight:
The main course comes fresh from the Ofyr Grill. An open fire, the best regional ingredients and the scent of summer and vineyards make this evening a must for all connoisseurs on the South Styrian Wineroad.
Friday – Styrian local Buffet
Every Friday we serve a classic Styrian local Buffet with regional specialities. Down-to-earth, authentic and perfect for getting to know the culinary diversity of Styria.
Thursdays – Wine Bar & live music
After dinner we invite you to a cosy end to the day in our Wine Bar.
Live music, a relaxed atmosphere and a good glass of South Styrian wine – ideal for an enjoyable evening at the Hotel an der Weinstraße.

À la carte is available from 13.00 to 16.00 in the wine garden lounge.
Serving classic dishes such as crispy fried chicken, Wiener Schnitzel and other regional classics – perfect for an enjoyable break with a view of the vineyards.

Yes, of course! You’re also welcome to pop in during the morning for a drink – whether it’s coffee, a glass of wine or something else to quench your thirst. Drinks are available in our Lounge from 10.00 am! That’s where breakfast is served!
Yes, you can choose from our menu and enjoy à la carte dining in our Lounge from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm. Our cuisine has a regional flavour and is also seasonally inspired. Styrian Backhend – crispy fried chicken and schnitzel are also on the menu!
We do not offer à la carte dining in the evenings. Instead, we serve a varied four-course menu every day. You can find the menu for the evening in question, updated daily, on our website.
Of course, you are also welcome to enjoy our evening menu even if you are not staying at the hotel. A table reservation is required for the evening menu!
Of course! Our restaurant isn’t just for our hotel guests. Even if you’re not staying with us, you’re very welcome to join us for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just for a glass of wine. We have four dining venues on the premises: the restaurant, which serves an evening menu as well as breakfast; the Lounge for lunch; the Café for cake and coffee; and the Wine Bar for a drink and a few snacks in the evening.
Yes. External guests are also welcome to enjoy our breakfast in the restaurant. Please book in advance. Our breakfast is served as a buffet from 08:00 to 10:30.
We look forward to welcoming you to our Lounge for lunch from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm. There, you can relax and choose from our à la carte menu.

You’re very welcome. In our Café, you can treat yourself to a little break with a cup of coffee and a slice of cake. It’s open at weekends from 1.00 pm. From Monday to Friday, you can enjoy coffee and cake as part of our ‘deluxe self-service’ on our wine bar terrace or with excellent service in our Lounge.
Yes. All day long. From 10.00 am in the Lounge and also from 4.00 pm in the Wine Bar until 11.00 pm. Fancy a wide selection of wines? Our Wine Bar is just the place for that. Open daily from 4.00 pm. Here you can enjoy the evening with a good glass of wine or a drink. If you’re feeling peckish, there are a few snacks on offer, such as beef tartare, tarte flambée, ham and cheese.
If you’d like to have dinner at our restaurant, we’ll serve you our 4-course menu. There is no à la carte menu in the evening.
If you’re in the mood for a glass of wine, a drink and a light bite to eat, our Wine Bar is the place for you. Light snacks are available there.
Yes, please do book in advance. Especially for breakfast, lunch and our 4-course evening menu, your booking helps us to prepare for your visit as best we can. It isn’t necessary at the Wine Bar & Café!
