Coffee and cake in South Styria
“Cold coffee makes you beautiful!” Well, if you can believe it. We prefer to serve hot, aromatic coffee or cold coffee with creamy, regional vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, a few chocolate chips on top, a crispy hippe and a mint leaf from our own garden. The classic, an iced coffee!
Or would you prefer a pastry during your visit to a Café in South Styria? The choice is yours. The fragrant, warm pot cake with sour cherry ragout is an absolute classic here. A vegan tart or would you prefer a chocolate and nut soufflé with melt-in-the-mouth chocolate sauce and fluffy peach mousse? Gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan. Our pastries and desserts have something for every taste!

The reputation of Ratscher Landhaus began to spread in 2010 as the Café in South Styria. This later developed into our wine and wellbeing hotel. Since 2023, we have been going “back to the roots”, reviving the origin, the beginning of what we do. Our selection of pastries and desserts, which are lovingly prepared in-house, awaits you.
