Get to know new things and rediscover old forgotten things – the Wooden Marble Run!
With a length of approx. 55 metres, the South Styrian marble run inspires the spirit of discovery of young and old in the open air.
Made from South Styrian larch wood, various adventure stations introduce you to the themes and shapes of South Styria: giant wooden bottles, a labyrinth, a Klapotetz and much more is waiting to be discovered and played with. A great shared experience on a family holiday in South Styria.
Open daily in good weather, right next to the Ratscher Landhaus in the vineyard!
Cost: € 2.00 for the wooden ball (from the vending machine on site, 2 euro coin required)

Right next to our cosy Café, our little guests will find a lovingly designed play area with everything that makes children’s hearts beat faster: giant building blocks, exciting books, Duplo bricks, a playhouse, toy cars and much more. While the kids are having fun, mum and dad can relax and enjoy an excellent wine or a fragrant coffee. Open from 8.00 a.m. The children’s playroom in the Ratscher Landhaus makes children’s hearts beat faster. With so much on offer, there’s something for everyone.

And when the sun is shining? Then the fun continues outside! Our playground with breathtaking views and play tower invites you to climb, romp and explore. This makes a family holiday in South Styria an unforgettable experience for young and old!

Our Wooden Marble Run provides the perfect outdoor fun. 55 metres long, it winds its way along the vineyards. Mimi and Max, our children’s mascots, adorn the wooden balls. Once you’ve bought a ball to play with in the vineyard, it’s yours! So you can bring it back with you the next time you visit.
Open daily in good weather!

Mums and dads can play along or make themselves comfortable in the deckchairs.

Our Lounge with its own children’s menu
From 13:00 to 16:00, our Lounge is the perfect place for connoisseurs of all ages. While parents relax with a glass of South Styria wine or an aromatic coffee, there is a special children’s menu with delicious and lovingly prepared dishes for the kids.
Whether small snacks, fresh favourites or sweet treats – every child will find exactly what they want here. Perfect for an enjoyable break after playing in the indoor playroom or an adventure in our playground with a fantastic view!
