Food with southern Styrian flair
Swimming in the hotel’s Natural Pool in the morning stimulates the appetite. All the better that a delicious breakfast buffet from South Styria is waiting right on site. With fresh fruit juice from the neighbour and warm, fragrant bread from the bakery, the day can only get off to a good start. Add crispy bacon, a fried egg, homemade jams and many other breakfast delights and everything is perfect. And the best thing is: at the live cooking stations in our restaurant in South Styria, you can not only marvel at what you’re cooking, but also pick up valuable tips to take home with you.
Between breakfast and dinner, you’ll have enough time to switch off while enjoying a spa holiday in South Styria or explore the idyllic wine route. If you’re hungry between 13:00 and 16:00, hot dishes and afternoon snacks await you in the Lounge. Here you are also welcome to relax in your bathrobe.

“Gross Glück” in the restaurant on the South Styrian Wineroad Whether you are on holiday in one of our rooms in South Styria or simply travelling in the region – in the evening from 18:00 you can get very close to your “Gross Glück” with an evening menu course by course.

Evening menu in the Panoramic - Restaurant
As a hotel guest, you have several options to find “Gross Glück” in the restaurant with vineyard view at Ratscher Landhaus.
- All early birds can benefit from the early bird rate when booking half board. € 30.00
- The second option is to book a single evening meal at the prior rate. € 50,00
- If you prefer to keep your options open, you can also decide on the spot if there are still tables available. € 59.00
- External guest: For all those who are not yet staying at the wonderful Ratscher Landhaus. 59.00 €
TIP: There is a separate children’s menu if the evening menu does not meet the children’s wishes.
A great menu needs preparation and time. We therefore ask you to book a table at least one day in advance by calling 03453/23130 oder by email.
It’s great not to have to worry about anything. The table is booked, the food is prepared and everything is in one place. Relax and enjoy. That’s why we call it the “Great Happiness”!

We are the perfect location for events for 2-40 people. In our Grüner Salon you will find the perfect setting for your event. Whether at lunchtime, in the afternoon or in the evening, everything is possible.
Success lies in the details: a modern ambience with a great view, a detailed discussion in advance and professional preparation are very important to us. Do you fancy a celebration?
We openly admit that large-scale weddings are not our thing.

Culinary delights from early to late
We are not only very attached to South Styria, but also to the elements. That’s why we have also integrated them into our restaurant in the middle of the vineyards.
You will find the EARTH in the form of the vineyards. Thanks to our many floor-to-ceiling windows in our restaurant on the South Styrian Wineroad, you have a direct view of the hilly landscape of South Styria. When the temperatures are warm and the windows are open in summer, it feels like you are sitting in the middle of the vineyards in the fresh AIR, with food, wine and WATER. In the cold season, on the other hand, barbecuing by the open FIRE in the Ratscher Landhaus is one of the absolute highlights. Have you also heard about our Winter BBQ with open fire? Magical moments – and not just in the culinary sense – await you at our Magic & Dinner with Christoph Kulmer.
