If you are looking for relaxation but don’t have a whole weekend to spare, you don’t have to miss out on a unique wellness experience at the Ratscher Landhaus – our hotel for wellness in South Styria can also be enjoyed on a daily basis! All year round, you have the opportunity to experience relaxation in a class of its own in our Wellness Area – even if it’s only for one day. You can choose between the “Bronze”, “Silver” and “Gold” or “Rosé” packages. A sumptuous breakfast, a pre-packed spa bag with all the trimmings, a massage and finally the ““Gross Glück” evening menu in the restaurant with a view of the vineyard – who can say no to that?

The Wellness Area leaves nothing to be desired. You can expect massages and spa treatments in South Styria, a natural pond belonging to the hotel, two saunas, a 14 metre long infinity pool, hanging swings to relax on and much more.
At a total of 500 m2, we ensure that the stresses of everyday life become a minor matter for at least a short while. There is also around 1,000 m2 of outdoor space, which also invites you to relax and cosy up. Enough space for togetherness (November to March – adults-only time) or for a family holiday in South Styria – that’s wellness in South Styria.
Whether with your partner, a good friend or in a small group – our Wellness Area promises pure relaxation. In our own quiet rooms for those seeking relaxation, you can switch off completely on cosy wellness loungers and forget everything around you. Our saunas are a welcome change, especially when the sun is not shining. Snuggled up in a warm blanket, an exciting book in one hand and a hot cup of tea in the other, while enjoying the view of nature from the covered wooden terrace – a rainy day doesn’t sound so bad, does it?

Jumping into ice-cold water – sounds challenging, doesn’t it? But that’s exactly where the magic of ice bathing lies. The cold revitalises, strengthens the immune system and gets the circulation going. A natural energy boost that refreshes body and mind and ensures pure vitality!

The gentle clothed massage
You know the massage effect of water jets from the whirlpool? Our water massage with hydrojet technology feels very similar. WELLSYSTEM MEDICAL plus is a waterbed filled with 300 litres of water, which is heated to a pleasant 30 °C. The massage jets bubble against the underside of the natural rubber mattress base with infinitely variable pressure and even movements.
And this is how it works:
- Purchase a keycard at reception
- The hydromassage bed is located in the Wellness Area.
- You simply lie down on it and start the programme, which lasts 20 minutes.
The best thing about it: You can feel the stimulating massage effect very well even when you are clothed, so there is no need to change clothes. The treatment is suitable for back problems, tension or simply to relax.
