Sieme means “together” in Italian and “seven” in Styrian. For the 8th time (2025), we are celebrating this special menu together
with the 7 winemakers, the SIEME winegrowers.
7-course menu incl. aperitif, wine accompaniment & water
Price per person 135,–
There is a set menu with vegetable, fish and meat dishes.

the history
The 7 young winegrowers from southern Styria have been pulling together since summer 2015. The young generation of the southern Styrian Wineries Assigal, Adam – Lieleg, Sabathihof Dillinger, Oberer Germuth, Pichler – Schober, Regele and Tschermonegg are the SIEME. The name is derived from the colloquial name for the number 7, but is also associated with the Italian word “inSIEME” for TOGETHER. Together is best and together they are strong. And together they also market and work on new innovative ideas.
The 7 young winemakers are currently focussing on their local Sauvignon Blancs, which each young winemaker produces in their own winery. They are intended to perfectly reflect the respective location with its geological and climatic conditions and thus provide a wonderful cross-section of the entire South Styria wine-growing region. These wines are packaged exclusively in the specially developed 7-pack carton, and the wines are available to buy – always in a mixed 7-pack carton – at the 7 Wineries and online.
