On March 12th, we’re lighting the fire at Ratscher Landhaus – both on the grill and in our hearts. After a winter break, not only does the sun begin to return to Southern Styria – so does a new season filled with pleasure, wine, joy, and authentic South Styrian moments.

With flames, fire, and fantastic flavors, we’re kicking off a year full of taste and heartfelt hospitality. Whether it’s crackling wood, glowing coals, or simmering pots in the kitchen – now is the perfect time to let yourself be seduced by our culinary variety.
