From 5 April, every Friday, the Ratscher Landhaus invites you to enjoy a real slice of Styria! Until mid-November, we will spoil you with regional delicacies – and of course the crispy “Backhendl” – fried chicken, a true classic of South Styria, is a must.

Main courses from the buffet!
The evening begins with a homemade spread and fresh farmhouse bread, followed by a flavoursome starter and a powerful soup, perfectly suited to the season.
The main course is served directly from the sumptuous buffet. Here, crispy – crispy fried chicken, savoury roast pork with caraway seeds and traditional Styrian root meat with horseradish await you. For vegetarians and vegans, there is a spicy vegetable chilli with scarlet runner beans, pasta with pumpkin seed pesto and freshly grilled vegetables with herb cream. Various side dishes such as rice, potatoes, sauerkraut, napkin dumplings and a selection of fresh salads are also available.
For a sweet finish, we will spoil you with a fine dessert from our patisserie. If you prefer something savoury, you can help yourself to a selection of regional specialities from our cheese board.</p
