A summer evening in South Styria. The sun sinks golden over the vineyards. Flames blaze at the Ofyr grill. And between wine, culinary delights and music, an experience is created that touches all the senses: Over 30 wines - 10-course flying dinner - live music and a great atmosphere!

Wine meets fire: the concept
It is a celebration of the elements - fire, earth, wine and emotion.
On Tuesday, 30 June 2026, the Ratscher Landhaus will become the stage for an exclusive gourmet event. Together with the Kronenzeitung and the Krone Journal Wein & Genuss, an event is being created that is more than just a wine festival.
15 hand-picked winemakers from South Styria will personally pour and tell the stories behind their wines. At the same time, 10 courses from live cooking stations invite you to savour – with dishes prepared with or inspired by fire. Whether on the Ofyr grill or in the pan: every course is an experience.
Cuisine, music & atmosphere
And best of all, guests move freely from station to station, discovering new flavours, talking to winemakers and chefs and enjoying the setting sun in the middle of the vineyards.
From 18:30 to 23:30, the focus is on enjoyment – followed by a party. The evening ends in the Wine Bar with music, conversation and fine glasses. Music provides atmospheric background music throughout the evening and accompanies guests through an enjoyable summer evening.
A very special highlight is the presentation of the new Kronemagazin Wein & Genuss followed by a raffle with attractive prizes – including an exclusive holiday in South Styria.
An evening that stays
WineFire 2025 is an evening that is not divided into programme points – but into moments. In the sound of clinking glasses, in the crackling of the flames, in the smile after the first sip or the first bite.
It is an evening that lingers on. And one that should not be missed.

Tickets are limited – it pays to book quickly! Ticket sales start on 1 January 2026 – can only be booked online!

Thanks to your support, WineFire2025 was not only an enjoyable evening, but also a sign of a living community. At our raffle, we were able to collect 2,310 euros together, which will be administered by the Steirer mit Herz association.
With this amount, we would like to give a young lady who is currently facing a cancer diagnosis a few days of time out and relaxation – far away from everyday hospital life and worries. A small ray of hope in a very challenging time that should give her new strength.
We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have all shown how much good can happen when people stick together.Thank you to the sponsors! The main prize in 2025 was a stay for 2 people at the Ratscher Landhaus for 2 nights!
