Breakfast is known to be the most important meal of the day – which is why we want to make it something very special. A breakfast in South Styria is not only a highlight because of the food itself, the surroundings and the ambience of the South Styrian Wineroad contribute to a unique experience. But we want to offer more than “just” a conventional breakfast. At the Ratscher Landhaus you therefore have the opportunity to experience a breakfast in the middle of the endless vineyards. You can expect regional and seasonal delicacies, a unique view and, even though you will certainly be sufficiently fortified after breakfast, a hunger for more.

Whether as a guest of our hotel or as the start of a day trip – our brunch in South Styria has something for everyone. In our restaurant with panoramic views of the vineyard at the breakfast buffet you can expect seasonal and regional products from farmers in the region. Sweet, savoury or preferably both – help yourself and enjoy the high-quality products in the most beautiful region of Styria. The eggs sizzle in front of you at the new live cooking station. Fried egg “Sunny Side Up” or would you prefer a scrambled egg with Styrian pumpkin seed oil?

The vineyards make worries and ballast disappear so that you can enjoy the here and now to the full and with a fragrant cappuccino in your hand. On warm days, you can also enjoy breakfast on our sunny terrace near Leibnitz. With rays of sunshine on your face and regional delicacies in your stomach, nothing stands in the way of a good day.
