We offer special video training sessions on physical fitness via our employee communication platform. We also actively promote the well-being of our team through a wide range of exercise programmes: swimming in the pool, strength or endurance training in the gym, e-bike rides in summer and team Hiking Tours in spring. A clear structure, great flexibility in working hours and great teamwork are the basis for satisfied cooperation on both sides.

What is the BGF seal of approval?
The Seal of Quality for Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) is awarded by the Austrian Network for Workplace Health Promotion. It recognises companies that actively promote the health of their employees and adhere to the highest quality standards. Health promotion not only includes ergonomic workplaces and healthy food, but also mental health, exercise and a healthy work-life balance.
